Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with serving guests when necessary, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area at all times
- Support restaurant management in implementing policies and procedures for operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Extensive restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
- Experience with restaurant management or similar roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and serving protocols
