Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to ensure properties are maintained efficiently, tenants are satisfied, and operational goals are met. This role offers an opportunity to lead maintenance teams, coordinate projects, and implement strategic improvements across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- Oversee project management for renovations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders and track maintenance activities
- Develop and monitor budgets related to property upkeep and capital improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including electrical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and industrial standards
- Review schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as HVAC, electrical work, or industrial maintenance projects
- Implement management best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of property inspections, repairs, and project progress
Skills
- Proven management and supervising experience in property or facilities management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance systems
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Electrical experience including low voltage systems and HVAC knowledge is highly desirable
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to oversee complex projects while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments or industrial facilities is a plus
This position requires a proactive leader capable of managing diverse responsibilities within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise combined with strong organizational skills to enhance property value and operational excellence.
Pay: $40,331.32-$95,577.28 per year
