OK Tire & Auto Service is a locally owned and operated business in Grande Prairie, AB. We are fast-paced, customer focused, and overall fun place to work. We are looking for hardworking individuals that want to be part of a growing business, and ensure top quality customer service.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs
- Provide estimates for services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes
- Familiarity with air brake, tire service, brake repair, oil change, auto body repair, diesel engine repair, shocks, and struts is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
