Excavator Operator / Piling Crew Member
Torque and Hammer Pile Driving Ltd. is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our piling and drilling crew.
The main responsibility will be operating excavators on piling and drilling projects. When machine operation is not required, the successful candidate must be willing to work hands-on with the crew, assist with site work, and help with general yard and site operations.
Previous piling or drilling experience is preferred but is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, safety-minded, and interested in learning.
Experience with welding, cranes, drill rigs, or other construction equipment would be considered an asset but is not necessary.

- Has solid excavator operating experience
- Is comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
- Is willing to help the crew when not operating
- Is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Is looking for long-term employment
For the right candidate, approximately 40 hours per week can be guaranteed, including during the slower season.
Wages will be based on experience and qualifications.
