Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business Development Associate identifies and develops new business opportunities for the auto detailing company. This role focuses on attracting individual vehicle owners, fleet operators, dealerships, rental companies, and corporate clients while maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting the company's detailing services.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast future growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless delivery of services or products to clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
