Abbey’s Bakehouse is looking for an experienced and energetic Seasonal General Manager to lead our lakeside bakery team through our busy peak season. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through great food, warm service, and strong team engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily bakery operations, including staff scheduling, product quality, service standards, and health & safety compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate a seasonal team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage inventory, ordering, cash controls, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with ownership on sales targets, staffing needs, and operational improvements
- Maintain a positive, supportive workplace culture that reflects Abbey’s Bakehouse values
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management experience in food service, hospitality, or bakery/ café operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the peak season
