Cap-abilities has been Northern BC’s trusted leader in embroidery, silk-screening, and promotional products for over 20 years. We are looking for a hardworking, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, problem-solving, and learning a business from the ground up.
We are seeking someone who is willing to put in the work, take initiative, and grow with the company over time. For the right person who demonstrates strong work ethic, accountability, and leadership qualities, there is opportunity to grow into one of our leadership roles in the future.
We are willing to train the right person. Compensation is based on relevant work and industry experience. Level 1 (Learning): $19–$22
What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and email requests
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Build customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Educate customers on embroidery, silk-screening, promotional products, and apparel options
- Coordinate with production to ensure customer expectations are met
- Upsell products and services where appropriate
- Support showroom organization and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Industry experience is an asset, but we will train the right person
