What's involved?
- Resort Management - Oversee day to day running of our Cottage / RV Resorts.
- Project Management - Help to oversee special projects.
- Manage People - Recruit, train, support and meet regularly with your team.
- Revenue Management - Meet targets for resort revenue, creating new sales opportunities.
- Resort Compliance - Ensure that the properties meets required standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Guest Experience - Manage and improve guest experience, referrals and generate testimonials.
- Marketing - Advertise the resort to generate sales of Resort Cottages, RVs and Accessory Sales.
- Promotion - Attend all industry events, shows and grow our relationships with local partners.
- Financial - Provide monthly review of financials if requested.
Experience
Previous experience in RV / Cottage Resort Management is desired but not essential for the role, however you must have a minimum of three years management experience.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
