Capital Lynk is hiring a Loan Processor to join our growing team in Montreal.
We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and fast-moving who knows how to keep deals organized, clean, and moving toward funding. If you thrive in high-volume environments and know how to spot issues before they become problems, we’d love to connect.
Fully onsite role based in Montreal, QC.
What You’ll Do
- Review and prepare files for underwriting
- Verify bank statements, financials, and supporting documents
- Identify inconsistencies, and missing information upfront
- Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to move deals forward
- Manage a high volume of files while staying organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of loan processing experience
- Alternative lending / MCA or mortgage experience preferred
- Strong understanding of cash flow and deal structure
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-through
