Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations, safely transporting goods, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse logistics, commercial driving, and possess strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations and positive client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as forklifts
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to clients and vendors in a timely manner
- Assist with moving heavy or bulky items both within the warehouse and during deliveries
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during warehouse activities and transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, inventory needs, or issues encountered
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with customers
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehousing and transportation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to move efficiently within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
