Your role
As a Splicer, you will play an important role in producing high-quality cables and related products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
You’ll work alongside an experienced production team and contribute directly to delivering products that meet our quality standards.
What you’ll do
- Perform cable splicing and operate cable press equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, roll, assemble, and inspect cables, chains, and accessories according to specifications
- Complete quality checks throughout production
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards
- Report hazards or incidents promptly
- Support the team with other production tasks as needed
What you bring
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
✔️ Cable splicing or rigging experience is a strong asset
✔️ Comfortable using measuring tools and reading technical instructions
✔️ Good math skills and strong attention to detail
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
✔️ Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
✔️ Positive attitude and team spirit
✔️ Reliable transportation is an asset due to evening hours
