What’s Ninja?
Ninja is short for ninja obstacle course racing. It is similar to what you see on the show American Ninja Warrior. If you haven’t trained in ninja before, don’t worry! We can teach you! If you bring an athletic background we have full confidence you can lead kids through their ninja training.

What Will You Be Doing?
We are looking for enthusiastic Ninja Coaches to join our team. Ninja Coaches are instrumental in delivering the highest level of fun and quality programming to our athletes. You must be able to safely and effectively deliver our curriculum to athletes in a way that is engaging, exciting and inclusive. Ninja experience is not required! If you are a ninja athlete OR have coaching experience we would love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide fantastic technical instruction to athletes, including verbal instruction and demonstrations of skills
- Deliver appropriate programing with the ability to scale up or down based on athletes skill level & previous experience
- Ensure that all athletes are engaged and participating in classes
- Provide a safe environment for all athletes
- Instruct all guests and athletes on the safety policies
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the Ninja curriculum
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Demonstrated the Mission and Values
- Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching or working with children & youth
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a recurring weekly basis
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
- Background in ninja warrior, gymnastics, climbing, martial arts or related field is a strong asset
