We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor/Lead Hand to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, quality control as well as construction/carpentry experience.
**Role**
- Manage and supervise new home build sites to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Able to complete various manual labour work needed to help guide projects to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, office staff and clients
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Provide leadership by supervising on-site personnel
- Maintain a safe work site
Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 - 5 and pay is to be negotiated based on experience.
