Shift Leader
Qdoba is looking for a qualified career minded individual who take initiative with an energetic and outgoing personality to be a leader for a new restaurant opening in Steinbach. The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team on day to day operations of food quality, cleanliness, and production. They must have a guest-centric attitude and must have a passion to develop their team with the same qualities.
Applicants must be strong communicators, possess a hands-on management style, ability to coach staff in the moment and have a passion for excellence. We are looking for candidates who want to grow with business and help it's success in Steinbach.
The position is for all shifts including Day, Evening, and Weekends.
Own vehicle and license is required.
Own cellphone is required.
