MCR Buidling Supplies LTD. is currently seeking an Branch Manager to help us keep growing, help in various projects, help us improve in various departments and be a high energy self-starting personally with a "can do" attitude. Reporting directly to the president, the candidate will have the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Help with various projects from highly complicated to small tedious projects.
- Help, Develop, Coach, Mentor Assistant Managers and other staff.
- Manage reports and P&L to monitor and achieve company performance goals.
- Be a role model for the company's values, culture and work ethic standards.
- Be able to fill in with most operational positions and help train fellow employees.
- Work closely with the sales department and managers to make sure our customers are always priority #1 and happy.
- Provide quality control in various departments
- Hire, Communicate, Make Employees Accountable
- Able to do customer service, quoting and invoicing
- Marketing Experience, being French and English bilingual & Forklift driving experience are all NOT required but considered an asset.
