Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Support clients with mobility challenges through safe transfer techniques and heavy lifting when required
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to care plans specific to each individual’s needs
Skills
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred
- Strong patient care skills with knowledge of dementia, senior care, hospice, and disabilities support
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in client’s living space
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
