Mandatory Requirements:
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and department heads while maintaining a commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. #attitudeiseverything
- Accounting and / or book-keeping experience
- Automotive dealership experience
- Strong computer & tech skills
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the business
Skillset:
- Solid computer & POS system skills.
- Compact Construction & Turf equipment knowledge
- A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and the ability to execute sales support tasks, ie: quote conversions, invoicing, work orders, parts / whole goods ordering and warranty registrations.
- Intuitive communication skills when working within the dealerships departmental structure to close the loop on sales & service orders.
- A dedication to growth, refining processes and to improve the accounting processes & moral.
- A keen sense of accuracy when executing accounting tasks and assisting the accounting department; candidate expected to assist with various accounting duties including reconciliations, payroll, and AP/AR
- A high regard for workplace safety; willing to champion the in-house Health & Safety portfolio.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
