Inside Sales Coordinator - Commercial HVAC | $50,000 to $60,000 Base Salary + Commission
Work Hours: Full-Time | Monday through Friday
Job Duties / Overview:
- Help grow our commercial HVAC maintenance agreement business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working leads, making outbound calls, and turning opportunities into booked appointments.

Follow up on commercial HVAC maintenance agreement opportunities

Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to generate interest and schedule appointments

Qualify leads and gather key information before handing off to the sales team

Educate customers on maintenance programs and service offerings

Coordinate and schedule appointments for outside sales reps
-
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in the system

Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environment

Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-up consistently

Highly organized with strong multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
