Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our newly constructed hotel. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, implementing preventative maintenance strategies and supervising maintenance teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize operational efficiency
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting and repairs
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, and renovations with a focus on safety and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations during all maintenance activities
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes
- Monitor the condition of facilities. .
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
Skills
- Proven management and supervising experience in a facilities or industrial maintenance environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance systems
- Electrical experience including low voltage systems and HVAC troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, wiring diagrams, and automation controls
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial safety standards
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
