- Preparing instructional and testing materials relevant to the course being taught.
- Instructing/teaching/testing.
- Marking/grading of exams and assignments etc.
- Providing constructive feedback to students.
- Maintaining regular office hours.

- Master's degree, Ph.D. or Ph.D. candidate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the English language is required.
- Background/specialization in subject area required.
- Demonstrated competence in post-secondary teaching required.
- Empathetic approach to the instructional needs and concerns of students is required.
- Previous teaching in the subject area or related area would be an asset.
This course is scheduled MW 1600 - 1715 and is delivered in person at the Fort Garry campus. The successful applicant must be physically present for all scheduled class sessions and fulfill all teaching responsibilities associated with the course, including classroom instruction, student engagement, assessment activities, and other required on-campus duties. Applicants must be available to teach on campus for the full duration of the assigned course schedule, including the final examination period, and must be able to meet all required in-person teaching obligations associated with this appointment. Final Exam Period: December 12th - December 23, 2026
