The Position
We’re growing, and we’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Sales Representatives to help us expand our B2B footprint across Ontario. This is a high-autonomy, 100% commission-based role built for someone who thrives on the hunt, owns their results, and wants uncapped earning potential.
You’ll be covering the province of Ontario, targeting commercial accounts such as property management companies, multi-unit residential buildings, small-to-medium businesses, and commercial facilities. A small number of leads will be provided, but the majority of your pipeline will be self-generated, this role rewards self-starters who aren’t waiting to be handed opportunity.
Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
- Earn up to 10% commission on every sale you close.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily for new commercial and B2B accounts across Ontario — Condo boards, mult-unit residential property managers, facility operators, and business owners, general contractors, government organizations.
- Monitor and respond to government and public sector tenders, identifying and pursuing RFP/RFQ opportunities that align with LGHC's commercial service offerings.
- Develop, pitch, and close tailored sales strategies for new and existing commercial clients.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and update CRM records consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across your portfolio. Collaborate with internal installation and service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new opportunities.
- Stay current on competitive offerings and market trends to sharpen your approach.
- Deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint — from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of managing full sales cycles from lead, negotiation to commitment.
- A genuine hunger to prospect and close new business every day.
- Is comfortable building and executing a prospecting strategy from scratch.
- Thrives in a self-directed, commission-only environment where results speak louder than hours
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills — authentic, not scripted.
- Is organized, accountable, and consistent with CRM and pipeline management.
- Can work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Brings a solution-focused mindset and adapts well in a fast-moving, growing business.
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience in B2B or technical sales.
- Knowledge of HVAC, building systems, or property management.
- An existing network and contact of property management and commercial contacts in Ontario.
