We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling units to ensure efficient operation
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed for system upgrades or repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge
- Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, or electrical wiring
- Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or system upgrades
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar mechanical role with mechanic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, welding techniques, boilers, and appliance repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of maintenance procedures in construction or industrial environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues efficiently
- Valid certification or licensing related to HVAC or mechanical work is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.05-$24.00 per hour
