Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — Whitby
Temple of Healing Therapy is a Zen-inspired multidisciplinary clinic located in Brooklin, Whitby. We offer Registered Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Practice, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, and Zen Shiatsu in a calm and professional environment.
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and growth-oriented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Complete assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records according to CMTO standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Strong communication, professionalism, and client-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
- Interest in holistic and integrative care is an asset
Compensation and Benefits
- 65% practitioner revenue split, calculated on treatment revenue before HST
- Current client fee is $120, including HST, for a 60-minute treatment
- Practitioner compensation is approximately $69.03 per completed 60-minute treatment

Schedule
Flexible part-time shifts are available. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially valuable.
