Position Overview
Forest Hill Residential is seeking a motivated, polished, and detail-oriented Intern to support the planning and execution of our inaugural Forest Hill Residential Golf Tournament taking place on September 24th, 2026, in support of Baycrest’s Kimel Centre for Brain Health and Wellness.This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in event planning, partnerships, hospitality, marketing, and luxury brand experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Partnerships and assist with the coordination of a high-profile, invitation-only golf tournament attended by developers, board members, vendors, and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of golf tournament logistics
- Support sponsor outreach, follow-ups, and partnership coordination
- Help manage guest lists, registrations, RSVP tracking, and foursome organization
- Coordinate and execute branded materials, signage, swag bags, and promotional items
- Assist with vendor communications and event timelines
- Support social media and marketing initiatives related to the event
- Help organize raffle prizes, activations, and event materials
- Attend planning meetings and assist with on-site event execution on the day of
- Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Canva or social media platforms is considered an asset
- Interest in luxury hospitality, events, branding, or relationship management is an asset
Position Details
- Part-time / Contract Internship
- Mainly work from home with some on-site presence when needed
