Sales & Business Development Representative
FMF Glass Hardware – Toronto, ON
FMF Glass Hardware is seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Toronto. This role blends traditional sales responsibilities with modern digital outreach, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the company’s expansion and brand presence.
You will work closely with the sales team and management to identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and support day-to-day sales operations. This position also involves representing FMF through customer interactions and digital content, helping strengthen our presence in the architectural glass hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outreach
- Identify and engage potential customers through platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Consistently generate and follow up on new sales opportunities
- Support efforts to expand FMF’s presence across new and existing markets
Brand Representation & Content
- Participate in creating short-form video content to showcase products and solutions
- Represent FMF Glass Hardware in a professional, confident, and engaging manner
- Communicate product value and industry knowledge effectively to customers
Sales Support & Customer Service
- Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, online inquiries)
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing
- Support internal sales operations, including follow-ups and client coordination
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social media engagement is an asset
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the company publicly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and develop strong product and industry knowledge
