The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning the homes of clients, including their windows, gutters, and power-washing various surfaces. They will also have a good attitude, take constructive criticism well, and form good relationships with their team and their clients.
No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, on and off ladders and roofs
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies and equipment
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues encountered
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or visitors
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on work status
- Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety guidelines
