You are a mechanically inclined and customer focused Service Technician with experience repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment. You take pride in producing high quality work, solving problems efficiently, and delivering excellent service to customers.
Your mission at SEGO is to ensure customer equipment is repaired safely, accurately, and on time while contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining a clean and organized shop.

About the Role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment.
- Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of equipment.
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and operational deficiencies.
- Complete preventative maintenance and service work on customer equipment.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings when required.
- Prepare service reports and document repair details accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with receiving, staging, and moving equipment within the shop.
- Support field service work and customer site visits when required.Communicate repair findings and recommendations to the manager and customers.
- Assist with inventory control and maintaining service parts stock.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training.
- Assist with shop operations and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Technical certification
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with pumps, motors, or rotating equipment preferred.
- 1–5 years of related mechanical or service technician experience is a must have.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
