Manager, Finance - Store Support
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Finance - Store Support for a 6-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.
Manager, Finance - Store Support - Job Description:
The Manager, Finance - Store Support is responsible for driving financial leadership and strategic decision support across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize finance operations, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency at scale.
Manager, Finance - Store Support - Responsibilities:
- Own and manage SG&A budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance management for Home Office and Technology departments.
- Act as a strategic finance advisor to business leaders, aligning operational initiatives and investment decisions with financial objectives.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluations to support workforce planning, vendor negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to automate manual finance processes using AI and advanced analytics tools.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to develop automated dashboards, self-service reporting, and scalable finance data solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly closes, accruals, and reporting.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the finance organization.
Manager, Finance - Store Support - Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance transformation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, or similar platforms.
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Manager, Finance - Store Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics within finance processes.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled finance solutions, predictive forecasting, workflow automation, or machine learning applications.
- Experience supporting Technology or IT organizations from a finance perspective.
- Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-scale organization.
Manager, Finance - Store Support – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position to the end of December 2026.

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite 5 days per week.
