Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a delightful dining experience. This role involves food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
Duties
- Prepare, cook and set up the breakfast area prior to service, including arranging food items and beverages.
- Serve breakfast items to guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Food preparation and cooking, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, meal preparation, and cleaning practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling food.
- A background in restaurant or hotel environments is beneficial.
