Associate Chiropractor – Independent, Locally Owned Practice with Strong Patient Flow
Location: Leduc, AB (A small-town community feel, just minutes south of Edmonton)
Term: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible (An associate has transitioned out, and the room and patient base are ready for you to step into right away)

Established in 1976, our clinic is a highly trusted, locally owned fixture in the rapidly growing Leduc community. We operate as a collaborative, team-based clinic consisting of chiropractors and RMTs. The chiropractors on our team are University of Western States (UWS) alumni who value evidence-informed, patient-centered care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Leduc offers the ideal balance of a loyal, close-knit community where you are not competing with a high density of local practitioners, while still being located just a short drive from Edmonton.
What We Offer:
- Immediate Patient Flow: The room is ready, and you will step into an already established schedule with a consistent, active flow of daily new patient inquiries to help get you moving from day one.
- Patient-Centered Care Model: We prioritize thorough, quality treatments over high-volume turnarounds. We offer 1-hour new patient assessments and 15–20 minute subsequent appointments.
- Full Administrative Support: Our clinic utilizes JaneApp for seamless booking and charting, fully managed by an experienced administrative team so you can focus entirely on patient care.
- A Supportive Team Culture: We operate without big egos. We enjoy our workdays, support one another, and maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a great clinical and cultural fit to join our team. While we provide the clinical foundation and steady incoming inquiries, the ideal candidate has the professional drive to cultivate relationships and build upon this foundation.
- A manual / Diversified chiropractor with an evidence-informed, hands-on approach.
- Comfortable seamlessly taking over care for an established patient base.
- Motivated and willing to put in the hours to actively build, retain, and grow your practice within the clinic.
- A collaborative, positive team player who enjoys working alongside others.
- Asset: Acupuncture or dry needling training is welcomed, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Alberta, in good standing with the CCOA.
