Flash Bids Liquidation is seeking a dependable Warehouse General Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order picking, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes
- Perform order picking accurately utilizing warehouse management systems and order picker tools
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks following safety protocols
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work environment
- Assist with construction or assembly tasks as needed within the warehouse setting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations, including heavy lifting and material handling
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment operation
- Experience operating equipment such as pump jack is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking processes is beneficial
This position requires candidates to be physically capable of performing demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines. The role offers opportunities for skill development in warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
