About the Role
OMC Enterprises, a growing hardware and tools supplier based in Brampton, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant (Combined Role).
This is a hands-on, dual-function position that combines customer service support with warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process orders, invoices, and basic sales documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, organize, and manage inventory stock
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with general office and warehouse operations as needed
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is an asset
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, order processing)
- Physically capable of lifting and handling warehouse products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay: $17.60 per hour
