Tierney Foundation Repair is growing, and we're looking for two experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team! If you're dependable, safety-focused, and have a passion for operating heavy machinery, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our team, you'll work on residential and commercial foundation repair and excavation projects throughout the Ottawa area. Responsibilities include:
- Operating excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Excavating around homes and commercial buildings for foundation repair work
- Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance issues
- Working closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Following all safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment (excavator experience preferred)
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required)
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
✔ Experience working around residential properties is an asset
✔ Safety-first mindset
