Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and safety. Responsibilities
- Perform various welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and repair metal components according to specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations and material handling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Knowledge of metal properties, fabrication methods, and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in welding (such as AWS certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
