Job Description
The marketing manager directly reports to the executive marketing director. They monitor the development of marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns. They are responsible for the execution excellence of the marketing campaigns, brand planning, and advertising activities to increase customer satisfaction and ensure seamless delivery of marketing plans and programs that support the brand’s objectives.
1. Familiar with the operation of new media and operating mindset, proficient in managing Chinese and foreign social platforms such as Weibo, RED, Bilibili, Douyin, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Keep up with timely news hotspots, follow domestic and international development trends, and actively explore new media operation modes.
3. Interested in AI technology, able to use basic AI software.
4. Lead execution of the marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions, and projects.
5. Supervise the marketing development process, timelines, and quality process.
Recruitment Requirements
1. Fluent in Mandarin（Mandarin required), with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
2. 5+ years experience in Marketing.
3. Experience in the following platforms:
Google Analytics & Trends
Google Adwords
Meta Ad Manager
4. Self-starter who is flexible and can work with multiple projects & deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Vibrant and passionate, with agile thinking, strong logical thinking ability and learning ability.
6. Good team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with people.
