Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor (2 to less than 3 years of experience) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position — no remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Oversee apprenticeship training
- Train or arrange for training
- Set up machines and equipment
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommend personnel actions
- Read blueprints and drawings
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
