Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Packaging and Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to detailed instructions and quality standards using hand tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Package finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all items meet packaging specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during assembly and packaging processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly environments is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to lift materials as needed.

Experience:
- Prior experience in packaging or related field preferred

Tasks involve counting and packaging items into boxes, labelling, shrink wrapping, gluing and packing products. Light lifting is required up to 50 pounds.
3-5 years experience in similar work responsibilities preferred.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
