POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Grade 12, with a valid Ontario Plumbing Licence or Inter Provincial Licence
- Minimum of three (3) years experiencing in the Residential and Commercial fields
- Proficient in reading blue prints/mechanical drawings in order to effectively execute repairs/installation of plumbing equipment
- Ability to layout, assemble, install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and other equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater in any structure, building, or site layouts; including fixtures, systems, and appliances in residential,
commercial, or industrial buildings
- Knowledge and ability to understand and apply the Plumbing Code/Building Code
- Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or moving/lifting heavy equipment/supplies, and ladder work
- Valid G class drivers’ license with clean driver’s abstract is required
- Strong command of the English language/excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have valid WHMIS and Working at Heights certification
**The role involves travel throughout Ontario and may require periodic overnight stays depending on project location and scheduling
