We are currently looking to hire a Clinic Lead to join our busy and well-established practice in Bedford. As part of the Administrative team, you are the face of the business. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient/client relationships. The Clinic Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations, ensuring compliance, and managing staff to provide a high-quality patient experience. This role bridges the gap between administrative, patient care, and medical functions.

Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Directs daily operations, including scheduling, staff management, and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and hygienic environment for clients.
- Financial & Performance Tracking: Monitors financial performance, manages budgets, controls costs, and may assist with payroll.
- Administrative Coordination: Manages patient records, front-desk operations, phone systems, and appointment bookings.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the operations adheres to health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Staff Leadership: Responsible for hiring, training, and developing admin staff, as well as conducting performance appraisals.
- Marketing Support: Collaborates with marketing teams to promote services, increase the client base, and boost retention.
- Demonstrate exceptional service and next-level patient care
- Manage calls and inquiries with a smile: appointments, confirmations, and amendments
- Invoicing, insurance forms, respond to all fee inquiries in a positive manner
- Effectively manage the recall system and accurately maintain the patient/client database
- Ensure practice provides the appropriate level of service including the resolution of patient/client concerns/issues
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Provide additional administrative support where needed
- Constantly providing feedback to Operations on how patient/client experience and clinic flow can improve
- Assist providers in managing clinics social media page
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a medical, dental, medical aesthetics or hospitality setting is highly desirable, with some roles requiring 3+ years in a lead role.
Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are crucial, alongside proficiency in clinic management software

About You:
- Minimum 3 years of Admin Lead experience,
- Clinical background considered an asset
- Candidate must be highly organized, possess strong customer service and computer skills.
- Marketing, sales, and management experience is an asset.
- Experience with medical software and electronic medical record program is considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
