About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, communication, relationship-building, and personal growth.
As a Customer Experience & Vehicle Consultant, you will help customers explore vehicles, understand their options, book test drives, answer questions, follow up with leads, and guide people through an important buying decision.
You do not need to come in as an expert. We will teach you about the vehicles, the process, the tools, and the automotive industry.
What we cannot teach as easily is attitude, effort, integrity, and the ability to care about people. That is what we are hiring for.

What You’ll Do
· Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional way
· Learn about Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and pre-owned vehicle inventory
· Help customers understand vehicle features, options, and availability
· Schedule and conduct test drives
· Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
· Build trust through helpful, timely communication
· Work with managers and team members to support the customer journey
· Learn how to market yourself, the vehicles, and the dealership
· Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development
· Support dealership events, promotions, and community involvement when needed

· Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, serving, call center, real estate, fitness, events, fundraising, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
