Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver pizza and other food orders to customers’ homes or offices
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant
- Collect payment (cash, credit, or mobile) and provide correct change or receipts
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle for deliveries
- Follow the most efficient routes using GPS or maps
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Excellent knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a mobile payment device
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous delivery or customer service experience
- Smartphone capable of using delivery tracking apps
