Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Engage customers through conversation to understand preferences, experience levels, and desired outcomes
- Make tailored product recommendations based on individual needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products and their effects, consumption methods, and proper usage
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, new arrivals, and promotional offers
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are consistently met
- Contribute to a positive team environment and overall store culture

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with cannabis products is preferred but not required
- Must meet all legal requirements for working in a cannabis retail environment
