What You'll Do
As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employee journey from recruitment to onboarding, engagement, and development. You'll work closely with clinic leaders to ensure we continue attracting and retaining outstanding talent while creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure every new hire has a smooth and successful start.
- Build talent pipelines and develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
- Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
- Assist managers with performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Track recruitment and HR metrics to support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition in Canada is required NO international experience .
- Experience in healthcare or a multi-location organization is required .
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards and HR best practices.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.
