Job Description:
As a day bartender at Hidden Pocket you are an enthusiastic, reliable, service driven person. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude under high pressure, and delivers great hospitality with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the restaurant for opening
- Greet and seat guests promptly with professionalism and warmth
- Set up pool table for customers, explaining billiard standards
- Manage cash transactions and VLT operations
- Present menus, answer questions based off said menus, and make knowledgeable food/beverage suggestions
- Accurately and efficiently take and enter orders into POS system
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver all food and beverages promptly to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Collaborate with with kitchen, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Keeping the bar clean, organized and stocked for evening shift
- Checking customers ID’s to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- Maintain general cleanliness of restaurant & pool tables
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards/guidlines
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of bartending experience (If you have less experience and feel you fit the described ideal candidate we would still enjoy to meet you)
- An ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and supportive mindset
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Smart choices certification

Monday-Friday, 10:30am-6:30pm
Our Hours: Monday – Sunday: 11am-2am
