Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to move into a smaller shop where they will be valued and rewarded for good performance. The Automotive Service Technician will perform a wide variety of automotive services. We work a Monday to Friday work week and are closed for holidays.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to maintain, assemble, and repair automotive components.
- Interpret and work with schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Perform diagnostics on vehicles using specialized tools and software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the shop environment.
Experience
- Red seal
- Previous experience in customer service roles can be beneficial for effective communication with clients.
- Exposure to dealership environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
