Receptionist – Term

We’re looking for a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our Winnipeg office. The Receptionist plays an integral role in maintaining efficient front-office operations while upholding our organization’s commitment to exceptional customer service and professional standards.
Please note the term for this position will be from June 1, 2026 – May 30, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate individual or department
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and ensure that our visitor sign-in process is adhered to.
- Prepare scheduled pick-ups for couriers, receive incoming packages, track sent packages, and reconcile invoices pertaining to courier shipments.
- Open mail and distribute to appropriate personnel
- Summarize & communicate daily absence email.
- Support office operations and provide general administrative assistance
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and focus on customer service.
- Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a group setting.
