Brahma Enterprise Ltd. is a growing, fast-paced traffic control company looking to add an experienced and motivated Lane Closure Technician (LCT) to our team. Based in Mission, BC, we provide traffic control services throughout the Lower Mainland and are seeking a dedicated individual who takes pride in safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
As part of our emergency response team, flexibility is essential. We respond to both scheduled projects and emergency situations, which may require short-notice call-outs, varying work hours, and occasional out-of-town assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices and lane closures.
Ensure all traffic control operations are completed safely and in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
Respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, clients, and the public.
Complete required documentation, inspections, and safety reports.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of TCP/LCT experience.
Valid TCP and/or LCT certification.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
Clean Driver’s Abstract.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, short-notice emergency call-outs, and occasional out-of-town work.
Assets (Not Required)
Occupational First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1 or higher).
Additional traffic control, safety, or construction-related certifications.
