B2B - Inside Sales and Service Support
Quality NDE, the leading distributor of quality-control products and equipment in Canada, is looking for a B2B Inside Industrial Sales and Service Support professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Support the sale team with quotes, answering calls and customer support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while ensuring sales growth.
- Perform verification and calibration of various quality-control equipment at our facility (full training provided at our head office in Montreal).
- Perform on-site maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment (training provided).
- Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate a variety of quality control equipment at our clients' locations, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.
- Assist with receiving and shipping activities (help preparing pallets and boxes).
- Perform other related duties as required.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Outgoing, customer-focused personality.
- Strong ability and interest in learning new technical products.
- Good understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
- Some experience with verification, maintenance, or calibration of industrial equipment.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, CRM system and the internet.
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional client visits).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or specific assignments.
