We're a growing used car dealership looking for a Sales Associate with real sales experience who wants more than a job — someone who wants a clear path into automotive finance (F&I), one of the highest-earning career tracks in the dealership industry.

You'll work directly with our Finance Director, learn deal structuring, lender programs, and credit applications — the exact skills that lead to Finance Manager roles earning $50,000-150,000/year in this industry.
- Leads are provided. You won't be cold-knocking. We invest in online lead generation across our website, Facebook, and Instagram — your job is to work them fast and convert.
- Hands-on training. Structured onboarding plus ongoing mentorship from leadership who actually sells. You'll learn modern dealership tools.
- Sell with a purpose. Our specialty is credit rebuilding. You'll help customers who thought they'd never get approved — and they'll send you their friends and family because of it.
What your day looks like
This is a high-activity, high-reward sales floor. If you thrive on momentum, you'll love it here. If you prefer a slow desk job, this isn't your role.
- Respond fast to online leads (website, Facebook, Instagram) and convert them into in-store or virtual appointments
- Guide customers through the full journey: vehicle selection, trade-in evaluation, test drives, and financing options
- Hit a daily activity target of 50 calls, 50 texts, and 50 emails — speed-to-lead is how deals are won here, and we give you the tools to do it
- Cold call prospects from our database and lead lists to open new opportunities — if you can start a conversation from zero, you'll thrive here
- Work alongside our Finance team to review credit applications, collect documents, and get deals funded
- Join daily deal huddles where the whole team works together to close more business
- Follow up with past customers for repeat and referral opportunities
This role is for you if…
- You have at least 6 months of proven sales experience (automotive, retail, real estate, insurance, telecom, fitness memberships — if you've carried a target and closed deals, we want to hear from you)
- You're hungry, coachable, and motivated by results — not by clocking hours
- You follow up relentlessly. You know the money is in the follow-up.
- You're comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems (CRM, texting platforms, digital paperwork)
- You genuinely like people and can build trust fast — especially with customers who've had a rough financial road
- You hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Automotive or dealership experience is a strong asset, but not required — we'll teach you cars; we can't teach you drive
This role is NOT for you if…
- You've never worked in a sales role with targets (this is a hard requirement — minimum 6 months)
- You're looking for an accounting, bookkeeping, or back-office finance position — this is a sales role with a pathway into automotive finance (F&I), not corporate finance
- You're uncomfortable making high volumes of calls and texts daily
- You want to be told what to do every hour — we coach hard, but we hire self-starters

Schedule: Full-time, on-site at any of our 4 dealerships. Occasional extended hours during peak periods.
