On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for an Admin/Coordinator Support for a temporary role. This position is onsite at our client’s Burnaby, British Columbia office.
Admin/Coordinator Support - Job Description:
This role involves providing administrative and operational support for training programs, managing classroom logistics, and offering minor LMS support. The project includes migrating the Refinery LMS to Workday Learning in 2026, requiring significant effort to restructure learning assignments and support project meetings.
Admin/Coordinator Support - Responsibilities:
- Send weekly enrollment lists for maintenance
- Send weekly instructor reminders/class list
- Coordinate classroom setup and vendor check-in
- Communicate with vendors and manage purchase orders
- Place food orders for classes at the JI
- Monitor enrollments and update systems accordingly
- Record completions and update Excel trackers
- Run reports and print certificates bi-monthly
- Support Workday transition and module rebranding
- Order office supplies and print materials as needed
Admin/Coordinator Support - Mandatory Skills:
- Basic administrative functions
- Coordination of training activities
- Communication with maintenance supervisors and learners
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Admin/Coordinator Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with LMS or similar software tools
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
